Hardwood River Bottom Land on Yalobusha River
83.3 acres of Yalobusha River Hardwood Bottomland being one of the best and very few hunting places in the hills of Mississippi where you can hunt 160+ Whitetail deer, Mallards, Canadian Geese, and Wild Turkey without owning thousands of acres and excellent fishing. This is also the LAST place available, as of now, with approximately one half a miles Yalobusha River Frontage that can be bought in Grenada County and possibly Leflore County. There are several cabin sites on this property high enough to be out of the flood zone, which is very unusual for bottom land. I really can’t say enough about how unique this property is. It has an internal road system with one long access road in gravel. I killed the buck on my profile picture on this property December 4th, 2012 and several long beards throughout the years. The land is situated perfectly having the river on the south west side, Highway 51 on the east side and a creek as the border on the North side, buffered on all sides making it difficult to trespass on. Location is a minute off of the Newsprint exit for quick convenience. Another good thing to note is that there are NO HOGS on the place! It just doesn’t get any better so call for an appointment to look at this place and more beneficial private details.
